SocialSYNC is a social media management platform that allows authorized users to draft, schedule, publish, and analyze content across supported social networks.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity performed through your account. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or violate the rules of any connected social platform. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.
5. Third-Party Platforms
The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by those platforms.
6. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe the Service is being used in a way that may cause harm, security risk, or legal exposure.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
